With over 30 years of nursing practice in a variety of specialities she delivers presentations that are evidence based, experiential, and expand the audience’s perceptions. Consultant to Active Adult through Memory Care

Debbie works with communities in senior centers, active adult and as well as memory care to teach several modalities which ‘put the patient in the best possible condition, so that nature can act and healing can occur’; to quote Florence Nightingale (Notes on Nursing). These principles are foundational to her presentations and programming, while informing audiences with both traditional and emerging therapeutic interventions and resources.

Sign Chi Do is an innovative technology that incorporates sign-gesture with movement, music and breath. Using awareness, it can be a simple technique for enhanced balance and health or a tool to help deepen your prayer practice. Sessions integrate medicine with spirituality and help people discover how to reduce stress, grow spiritually, and live happy, healthier lives. The program includes in-person classes along with online videos and downloadable meditations during and after the program. Specific programs are available for adults, schools, and those struggling with addictions.
